Manual
Our training manual is your go-to guide throughout the course, filled with in-depth explanations, techniques, and step-by-step breakdowns of everything you'll learn. Before diving into hands-on practice, you and Nina will go through the full manual together.
Inside, you’ll find the science behind brow lamination, proper tinting ratios, face mapping using the Golden Ratio for precise shaping, and guidance on choosing the best professional products. We also cover essential topics like sanitation protocols, client consultations, and even tips on social media to help grow your business. It’s everything you need to build a strong foundation as a confident and successful brow artist.
Shaping
Brow shaping is all about enhancing your natural features with precision and balance. Here's how the process works using brow mapping, wax, tweezers, and scissors:
- Brow Mapping: This is the first and most important step. Mapping involves using facial landmarks (nostrils, eyes, brows) to measure and mark where your brows should start, arch, and end. This ensures your brows are symmetrical and suited to your face shape.
- Waxing: Wax is applied under and sometimes above the brow to clean up bulk hair quickly and create a sharp shape. It’s great for removing fine hairs that are hard to get with tweezers.
- Trimming: Using small brow scissors, longer hairs are trimmed down to match the natural brow shape. This step helps keep the brows looking tidy and uniform, especially at the front and arch.
- Tweezing: Tweezers are used to clean up any stray hairs that the wax missed, especially for precise detailing around the brow shape.
Together, these steps give you clean, lifted, and balanced brows that suit your unique facial structure. Mapping + technique = flawless results.
Lamination
Learn the science of lamination. The 3-step process of a brow lamination is simple but powerful:
- Lift/Perm Solution: This softens the brow hairs so they become flexible and easy to manipulate into the desired shape.
- Setting Solution: Locks the hairs into place, holding them in their new lifted, uniform position.
- Nourishing Treatment: Hydrates and conditions the brows to keep the hairs healthy, shiny, and strong post-treatment.
The result? Fluffier, fuller, and more sculpted brows that last up to 6–8 weeks.

Tinting
In our course, you'll learn how to expertly tint brows to enhance definition, fullness, and shape using professional-grade colour and developer. We’ll guide you through proper mixing ratios, application techniques for a soft gradient finish, and timing based on hair colour and desired results. You'll also master how to achieve long-lasting tint on both the hairs and the skin — all while maintaining a natural, flattering look for every client.

With 8 years of experience, my journey started just like yours: doing brows for friends and family, then working in a salon, and eventually building a business alongside my two amazing partners.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the deposit to secure my spot?
To secure your spot, a $500 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of training and can be paid by cash or card.
Do you offer 1:1 training? How big are the classes?
Our classes are capped at 4 students to ensure personalized attention. We also offer smaller groups and 1:1 training upon request.
Do all courses received access to online courses?
Our online course is launching soon! All of our past and future students will receive full access as part of their training experience.
Who finds the models for training days?
Students are responsible for finding their own models on training day. If you're having trouble finding someone, Nina is happy to guide you on what to look for in a model in terms of what's suitable for a good candidate to receive a brow lamination.
